What i implemented in this module:

1. Consent of client (well, i think that client should decide if want, or not whatsapp notification)
   1. Client will decide if want or not to receive whatsapp notification, if its set to NO, he will not receive any whatsapp notification
   2. Client has option to chose what kind of notification want to receve
      • Ticket notification
      • Invoice notification
      • Other service related notification (suspension, activation, etc)

I have IDEVWA WhatsApp module and it's working fine but I found this thread overview more relevant to have this because there is option to opt out WhatsApp notification which is very helpfull for clients ...can I know Is this module working or either anyone here who can integrate that feature in IDEVWA .
